Ask for the view you need
Focus the session on your own priorities, such as a room layout, entrance, window view, parking access or another visible detail.
A photograph or recorded tour can only show what was captured earlier. During Live Viewing, you can ask to revisit an area, move closer to a feature or see another permitted angle while the session is happening.
It is a practical way to get a first-hand visual look when you cannot attend yourself. The representative shows what is visible and accessible; you remain responsible for deciding whether further documents, a specialist check or an in-person visit is needed.
Access permission is required. Video quality depends on the mobile network and conditions at the location.
We organise the practical details first, so the live call can focus on the place and the questions that matter to you.
A live session is useful when you need context that a listing or earlier video may not provide. Here are the distinct ways it can help.
Focus the session on your own priorities, such as a room layout, entrance, window view, parking access or another visible detail.
Get a live look at visible conditions during the scheduled visit instead of relying only on material captured earlier.
Use the session as an initial look before arranging a longer journey or a more detailed on-site visit.
The representative shows visible details without negotiating a deal, recommending a purchase or acting as a property broker.
A short pre-session checklist helps you identify the three to five details you most want the representative to show.
Subject to approval, Live Viewing can also help with suitable offices, venues, accommodation and other accessible business locations.
Use a live session to respond to genuine interest when your own schedule or location makes an in-person showing difficult.
Get a more contextual view of a place you may rent, buy, use or shortlist before making arrangements to visit.
From a home to a business location, tell us what needs to be shown and where it is. We will first check whether the request fits our coverage, access and safety requirements.
Every request is reviewed for coverage, access, safety and permission. Farmhouses and village properties are outside the standard launch scope. Restricted, hazardous, unsafe or unauthorised locations are not accepted.
For qualifying real-estate sites, aerial photos or drone footage may be considered as a separate add-on to a Live Viewing request.
Quoted and arranged separately. Not included in the standard Live Viewing fee and not streamed live. Subject to aviation rules, site access, weather and permissions.
VOC can review coordinated Live Viewing requests for real-estate teams, relocation consultants, event planners, hospitality managers, procurement teams and other organisations.
Multi-location or specialist requests are reviewed individually. Availability, logistics and commercial terms must be confirmed before booking.
Share the place or item you want to view, the exact location and your preferred time. Our team will check feasibility and confirm the arrangement before the session.
Send us the location and tell us what you need to see. We'll review the request against access, safety and available coverage.
